the bed was acceptably comfortable.
The overall condition was disappointing. The room felt run down. the furniture was falling apart, and drawers were not clean enough to store clothes. the lack of maintenance was evident around the door handles. The paintwork needed a wipe down

The room was basic, yet the bed and pillows were really comfortable. the location was excellent with bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. public transport was easily accessible too. I could explore without issues.
the stairs were tricky to navigate. i found them a bit challenging to use, especially with luggage.

The hotel offers free coffee. This is great for a quick refreshment. there is also a water fountain to fill water bottles. It helps save money and reduce plastic waste. the decor throughout the hotel is very unusual and cool.

The staff was super kind and helpful. They were all happy to assist. i was allowed to choose my room upon arrival. It was a nice touch. the reception area felt safe.

the location was good, providing easy access to many nearby attractions.
My room was not clean. The floor was sticky. the shared bathrooms were not well maintained. the hotel had narrow, winding stairs, and this made it difficult to move luggage around.

the staff was helpful with directions. coffee was available near the reception every morning which i appreciated. they allowed me to store my luggage after checkout. the location made it easy to get around.
The shared bathroom needed more frequent cleaning. I found it slightly untidy.
